When should I arrive for my appointment?
We always suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so there is enough time to check in, fill out paperwork and get comfortable for your service.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Arriving late will cut into your service time and we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the full service that you had booked. Although we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where should I park?
In our uptown location there is a pay lot behind our building with access from Emerson Avenue or there is metered parking out front on Lake Street. In our Wayzata location there is a parking lot behind our building next to the Holiday station store.

How should I leave gratuity?
We accept gratuities in cash or personal checks.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS for all services.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.

What is your redo policy? 
If you are unhappy with your service for any reason please call to set up a redo appointment. This redo appointment should be scheduled and completed no later than 1 week after the previous service.

How do gift certificates work at Jon Charles Salon?
Gift certificates in any amount can be purchased at either location. They can also be purchased over the phone and we can mail them to a destination of your choosing. Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of the service. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates are not refundable or replaceable. Any gift certificate purchased at a discounted rate can not be used to purchase discounted services.
